Our Mindfulness Classes

Our workshop is designed for anyone to learn, engage, and benefit from the amazing benefits of incorporating mindfulness into your life and life situations by learning and practicing.

Our weekly sessions provide a platform for culminating the practice of living mindfully that you learn in the workshop.  

The weekly classes are donation-based, and through Zoom, and it's on Pacific Time.
